End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of Kid Commute LLC’s internal QuickBooks Online integration (“Software”).
License
The Software is licensed, not sold, and is provided solely for internal use by Kid Commute LLC for accounting and financial operations.
Permitted Use
The Software may be used only by authorized personnel of Kid Commute LLC to access and process accounting data within Intuit QuickBooks Online.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute or sublicense the Software
- Use the Software for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass security controls
No Warranty
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Kid Commute LLC makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
Kid Commute LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if the Software is used outside its intended internal purpose.
